Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from the customer portal. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Which plan do I need for sharing?
Public sharing is a plan permission, not a credit action. Starter unlocks public links; Pro is recommended when you also need high-res export, advanced controls, and more credits.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period so you don't lose credits you've already paid for.
How does yearly billing save me 20%?
Yearly plans are priced at monthly × 12 × 0.8 — roughly 2.4 months free every year. You're billed once up front and the plan renews annually.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. In many regions we also support wallet and local bank payment methods.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits refresh at the start of each billing period and do not accumulate. Pick a plan that matches a typical month for you — you can always upgrade if you run out.
How do team seats work?
The Team plan is a single workspace for a small team. If you need per-seat billing, role-based access, or SSO, reach out and we'll set up invoice billing.
Can I use my boards commercially?
Yes. You retain ownership of everything you generate and can use it in paid client work, products, marketing, social, and print.
Do you offer discounts for students or non-profits?
Yes — reach out from the email on file after signing up and we'll apply a discount at the next renewal.
